My good friend Shay just posted this on facebook and I had to share for all the moms out there. It is a short video with answers to the following question from real moms: "If you could go back to before your first baby, what would you tell yourself?" My answer? It's okay to ask for help and you don't have to be super-mom all the time. What would you tell yourself?
